MY STORY

I've spent more than 20 years helping purpose-driven brands and entrepreneurs discover what they stand for, tell their stories and create meaningful impact.

Looking back, every chapter of my life has been guided by one question:

Is the work I'm doing aligned with my purpose and values?

FINDING MY PURPOSE

Early in my career, I landed what many people would have called a dream job, working in a global public relations agency representing some of the world's biggest brands.

But despite the success, something didn't feel right.

As a teenager, I had become fascinated by Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop. She showed me that business could be a force for good, that you could build a successful company without compromising your values.

I wanted that too. Not just a career. A purpose.

That search led me to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), where, for the first time, I experienced what it felt like to wake up every day knowing my work genuinely mattered.

CREATING MY OWN PATH

When I became a mother, I wanted the flexibility to raise my family without giving up meaningful work.

So in 2004, I founded Australia's first purpose-driven public relations agency, Prickly Pear PR.

Later, that business evolved into Social Mission, helping founders and organisations discover their purpose, communicate it authentically and create positive impact.

During those years, I was fortunate to work alongside inspiring entrepreneurs, certified organic brands, wellness businesses and social enterprises.

LOOKING INWARDS

While helping businesses discover their purpose, I became increasingly interested in another question.

Why do some people step confidently into their potential while others spend their lives doubting themselves?

That question led me beyond business and into personal development, yoga philosophy and mindset.

I immersed myself in the teachings of some of the world's leading thinkers, including Sadhguru, and discovered something that would shape the next chapter of my life.

Real transformation doesn't begin with changing your outside environment, it begins within.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

At 51, I finally answered a calling I had felt for many years and became an internationally certified mindset coach.

It wasn't a reinvention. It was an evolution.

Today, I combine more than 20 years of experience in purpose, communication, public relations and personal branding with mindset coaching and yoga philosophy.

I help women reconnect with who they are, discover the work they're truly meant to do, build a business aligned with their values and confidently share their gifts with the world.

Because I believe every woman has a unique contribution to make. A version of herself waiting to be claimed. A version that was never meant to play small.

And sometimes, all she needs is someone to help her remember who she has always been.

Decades in purpose-led PR and communications.

Years immersed in mindset coaching, personal development and philosophy.

The grounding of yoga.

The courage earned through experience.

I work with women and entrepreneurs who feel the pull toward something more aligned, more meaningful, more true.

Through my coaching, I help women and entrepreneurs clarify who they are, uncover their unique gifts, find their purpose and release the beliefs and patterns that have kept them playing small.

We build from the inside out.

Inner alignment.

Clear positioning.

Confident visibility.

So they don't just succeed. They stand for something.

This is not about reinvention.

It is about stepping fully into who you already are and having the support, structure and accountability to build from there.
